Carlisle Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Welcome. The Carlisle Scholarship Foundation strives to provide assistance to graduates of Carlisle High School, Carlisle, Arkansas, through scholarship grants.  Currently, we maintain scholarship funds on behalf of the Carlisle High School Alumni Association.  Our Board of Directors welcomes any inquiries from individuals, families, or organizations about establishing scholarship funds. Carlisle Scholarship Foundation, Inc., is a non-profit corporation with a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization status recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.  All contributions to the Foundation are tax exempt under federal law, and remain in our accounts to accrue interest used to sustain our scholarship programs.
